Objective ;
Prevent child marriage, early pregnancy and delivery, and promote the health of mothers and children by improving the quality and access to "sexual and reproductive health" services for adolescents (ages 15-19) for ethnic minorities in areas of Vietnam with limited access to urban areas.

Improving ASRH care services at local healthcare facilities
Sharing the knowledge and best practices acquired in Yên Bái Province with other provinces.
